Orders and pricing
Submitting an online order is a request to purchase the selected products and services. We may contact you to resolve an availability, artwork, pricing, or production issue before proceeding. Quotes describe the scope and price stated in the quote; changes to artwork, products, quantities, decoration, or delivery may change the price or schedule. Applicable taxes and delivery charges appear at checkout or on the approved quote.
Custom artwork and proofs
You confirm that you own or have permission to use any logo, image, name, text, or other material you submit and authorize us to reproduce it as needed to prepare, produce, and fulfill your order. Do not submit material that violates another person's rights or applicable law. We may decline work that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringing, or unsuitable for production. You retain rights you have in your original artwork; we retain rights in our own artwork and site content.
Review any proof carefully before approval, including spelling, placement, size, and colors. Your approval authorizes production of the approved design. Screens and printed materials may show reasonable color or placement variation. If we identify a material issue after approval, we will contact you about a practical correction.
Production, pickup, and shipping
Most items are made to order. Production times vary with the product, decoration method, artwork approval, inventory, and workload. Any estimate is subject to confirmation. We will notify you when a pickup order is ready at 10281 Business 21, Hillsboro, MO 63050. In-store pickup is free for all customers. Standard domestic shipping is a $15 flat rate at checkout; contact us for a quote before an order shipping outside the United States. See Shipping Information for details. If a shipment is delayed materially, we will contact you with available options.
Changes, cancellations, and returns
Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation. Once artwork work, materials purchasing, or production has begun, a change or cancellation may be unavailable or may involve the costs already incurred; we will explain those costs before resolving the request. Made-to-order goods generally cannot be returned for buyer's remorse or a customer-selected size, color, or artwork error. If we made a production mistake, or an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of receipt so we can evaluate a correction, replacement, or refund under our Returns Policy and Satisfaction Guarantee. These terms do not limit any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Website and accounts
Use the website for lawful shopping and design activity. Do not interfere with its operation, upload harmful code, misuse another person's account, or use content without permission. Keep account credentials private and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. We may remove prohibited content or suspend access to protect the site and other customers. Links to other websites are provided for convenience and are subject to those sites' own terms.
Privacy and updates
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. We may update these terms by posting a new effective date. The terms presented for an order at the time it is placed govern that order unless we and the customer agree otherwise. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Missouri law governs these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
