Returns and Refunds

Most 6 STITCH & INK products are made or decorated for your order. Please check sizes, colors, quantities, spelling, and artwork before placing your order or approving a proof.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrect size or color selected by the customer, or an error in customer-supplied or approved artwork.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the approved order because of our production error, email sales@6stitchink.com within 30 days of receiving it. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos when possible. We will review the issue and offer a correction, replacement, or refund for the affected item.

Please contact us before sending anything back. If a return is needed because of our error, we will provide return instructions and cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, do not send items to the shop without authorization.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
