In-store pickup at 10281 Business 21, Hillsboro, MO 63050 is free for every customer. We will notify you when your order is ready; please wait for that notice before coming to pick it up.

Shipping within the United States is a $15 flat rate per order at checkout. Contact us at sales@6stitchink.com for a quote before placing an order that needs delivery outside the United States.

Production time varies by product, decoration method, quantity, and artwork approval. Any production or delivery estimate we provide is an estimate unless we expressly agree to a specific deadline. If we cannot ship an online order within the promised time, we will contact you about the delay and your options, including cancellation and a refund where required.

If your shipment arrives damaged or appears lost, email sales@6stitchink.com with your order number so we can investigate and help resolve it.
